A couple of weeks ago a group of bicyclists came into Trek as one of their stops on the Columbus Ale Tail. The four sat down, and each had one of our Trek IPA’s. Now, you can come hang out at Trek SIX days a week! Our NEW HOURS are: Sunday: 12:00pm-11:00pm Monday: 3:00pm-11:00pm Tuesday: CLOSED Wednesday: 3:00pm-10:00pm Thursday: 3:00pm-10:00pm Friday: 3:00pm-10:00pm Saturday 11:00am-11:00pm We started off with Wednesday hours yesterday, and it went great! Here in the great state of Ohio, the only good thing about nearing the end of summer is the promise of football season. As we say goodbye to these hot summer days we’re preparing ourselves for what is sure to be an amazing fall. Of course, we’ve got the amazing Ohio State Buckeyes, but word on the street is that the Browns and the Bengals are keeping hope alive too. After a short stint where construction impacted our ability to brew, we’ve got all 5 of our pilot system fermenters full again! John has been brewing like crazy trying to build up enough stock and have our beers back on tap again. Our 15bbl system finally has ALL the parts installed and we’re looking forward to firing it up for the first time tomorrow. Fingers crossed all goes well with that, so we can clean and test the 15bbl system this weekend, and then hopefully begin to brew on it next week. Oh hey there friends! It’s somehow already the END of July.  To say that this month has been pure craziness is the understatement of the century.  I’m used to summers being slow and sweet… not this year. In all the craziness, we’re still inching ever closer to that finish line and grand opening. There’s still a little work remaining in the brewery area to get that big 15bbl system up and running.
