Happy HAPPY Thursday friends! It’s now safe to shift into holiday weekend mode. We’re thinking about it, we know you’re thinking about it… let’s all just stop pretending. As summer unofficially draws to a close, we’re more than a little excited to usher in Football. We’ve got BIG PLANS for this weekend, and we hope you’re already planning to be at Trek.

Before we get to those plans though, how about if I tell you what John’s been brewing. Coming on tap this weekend is our IPA. (YAY!!!) We’ve had a lot of people asking about it… and guess what? It’s back! We do apologize for the wait– but we promise, good things are worth waiting for. Come on in this weekend, bring ALL your friends, and grab some IPA before it’s gone again.

Yesterday, John brewed another batch of Red. We’re still brewing on that 1BBL, but the incredible news is, the 15bbl has undergone water testing and passed. Yesterday we ran cleaner through everything, and we’re ready to brew. Watch social media for those pictures to hit soon!

Hanging out in the fermenters, becoming the most perfect versions of themselves we’ve also got Pale ale, Cream ale, Saison and Vanilla Stout. Rumor has it that at least one of these is going to get hit with a dose of coffee real soon.

This weekend is going to be epic at Trek. Tonight, Thursday, is a perfect night to come on in and pre-game the weekend. You’ve worked a long week already. You’ve got one last day of work before the weekend is here. You deserve a beer. Bring everyone you know. We’re not kidding… we need you guys to tell the world we’re open 6 days a week. We’re not advertising outside of social media and our website until our Grand Opening, so we need your help spreading the word. We appreciate all you’ve done already.

Kicking off your holiday weekend, we’ve got Murray’s Old Time BBQ. Is there a better Friday night than great beer and great BBQ? We don’t think so. Come join us.

Saturday is the very first OSU Buckeye game. We are SO PSYCHED. We open at 11, so come in early to get your primo seats for the game. We’ve got Fired Up Pizza in as the lunch truck, and Poppy’s Roadside Diner will be in for your victory dinner. You will not want to miss the game at Trek. We’re going to have a blast.

On Sunday we’ll be hanging out with you guys, enjoying the fact that Monday is not a work day. Which brings us to the fact that- we’ll be closed on Monday. We hope you all enjoy your Labor Day safely.
