Hey guys! Happy Thursday! I’ve been waiting for this weekend for so long! We started planning in the summer and now it’s finally HERE!
As I’m sure you know, when you support a small business you are supporting real families and helping to realize real dreams. And when small business supports small business, it’s just a whole bunch of awesome in one place.
This weekend is our holiday Sip and Shop. We’ve rounded up some incredible vendors to hang out with us from 1pm till 5pm. They’re going to set up in our event room, so be sure to check out that space while you’re shopping!
We’ve got some amazing local artists/vendors coming in!
Buddy’s Beard Care will be set up, providing high quality beard care supplies. Buddy can’t wait to share his passion for beard care with you.
Helpful Hippies will also be hanging out with us. This mother/daughter duo started as a hobby but is now a full-blown business. The Helpful Hippies are eco-friendly, organic, resourceful and are keeping their company as natural as possible. Even more awesome, they donate 5% of all proceeds to a different charity each quarter of the year. People helping people.
Stamped by Somer has some beautiful hand stamped jewelry. Somer absolutely loves creating jewelry, but more importantly, she LOVES creating tangible, everyday reminders that help people through all the mountains and valleys of life. We can’t wait to check out all her amazing items on Sunday!
PurpleARtLoVE will also have jewelry at the event on Sunday! Melissa has created incredible mixed media art and jewelry, and we’re excited to see what all she’ll bring!
Aunt B Hats has an incredible collection of handmade crocheted items. Bree Mills is the talent behind this shop, and you can see the incredible workmanship in every item. Make sure you check out her booth!
Aimee’s Cards and More is your one stop shop for greeting cards, gift tags, banners, handmade paper goods, and gifts. Perfect to make your Christmas packages even more special!
Momma’s Secret Mixes are handcrafted dry dip mixes. You’ve seen her at the Canal Market and at farmers markets around the area. This weekend make sure to check out her incredible dips at Trek.
Crafty Nails with Christine is hanging out with the super amazing Color Street nail strips. These 100% nail polish strips stay on for weeks, look great, and cost less than a manicure. Come check them out and chat with Christine!
Usborne Books and More with Diana- I gotta tell you guys, these books are some of our very favorites. My little guys LOVE the “Busy” books (Busy Train, Busy Helicopter) and the Look Inside books as well. These are high-quality really incredible books… perfect for adding to your holiday giving.
Raccoon Valley Pottery is joining us on Saturday as well! Artist Jeremy Miller makes incredible wheel-thrown, handmade pottery pieces. Look for stoneware bowls, mugs, pitchers, plates, etc.
Pine Ridge Bath Beauty and Beyond specializes in handcrafted items. Wax melts, body butters, hand crafted soaps, lotion bars, air fresheners, and our wildly popular shower steamers!! Special orders, gift baskets and much more! Items for women, kids and men. Don’t miss their booth!
Finally, Enchanted Tea and Candle will also join us! While tea caters to the feelings and well being of the individual, candles create the atmosphere. Everyone deserves a little magic in their home!
We’ve also got Aloha Aina Columbus as the truck for Saturday. They’ll be here from 3pm to 8pm. I don’t now how to describe how magical this food is, except that John and I literally crave it. I promise you do NOT want to miss it.
Come hang out with us on Saturday. Support small business, and help make a real difference for real families. We’re looking forward to seeing you. It’s #WorthTheTrek.
