Remember how a few weeks ago we mentioned that a lot of the breweries in Licking County were all working on big projects? Well, we are too. If you’re watching our social media, we’ve been hinting at it for a couple of weeks now. We’re really excited to bring you the awesome news that Trek is opening a kitchen. Even more awesome news? Bryon from Star City Sliders is going to be our chef.

That’s right… we’re going to have the Trek Kitchen featuring Star City Sliders. We’ve been planning this for awhile now, and we’re excited to open the kitchen in March.

Bryon is known far and wide for his magical sliders. They’ll be featured on the menu, along with full size burger versions of his menu, veggie burger, and chicken breast options. His whole menu is solid, and we’re really looking forward to featuring it at Trek full time. In addition to burgers, we’re also adding a full list of appetizers, salads, a full kids menu, and a few desserts.

We’ve absolutely loved working with the various food trucks, but we feel that bringing the food in house is a great next step for us. Bryon has become a part of our Trek family and we’re looking forward to making that official.
